Thanks so much!! Glad you enjoyed it. Haha, yes, I was inspired by some of the older Fire Emblem games where there was a weapon triangle (Axe/Lance/Sword) and a magic triangle (Darkness/Anima/Light). Since it was short I wanted to have some complexity. Looking forward to trying this tool again in the future!
That ending felt emotionally moving! Combining a little battle puzzle with a sincerely touching frame definitely got the Fire Emblem feel across. Clever to get a sort of puzzle game within the Flickgame tool, I must admit, I got caught up in the moment and got a Game Over the first time.
I played this more often than I would like to admit. And it really paid of, super nice ending, and a really nice game loop within the limits of the format! More please <3

That worked really really well. I genuinely felt like I was fighting in a fight with elemental affinities. And two separate systems?! ^^

Thanks so much! Yes, I've been playing a lot of Fire Emblem lately so I tried to capture the feel, glad it came through. ^^
Here's praying for a peaceful nation
Amen 🌼 thanks for playing
This blew me away with how much detail and complexity you were able to fit into a flickgame! I have some ideas... :D
Thank you so much! ^^ Ooh, what are your ideas?
Also, love the username. I've always loved Jabberwocky.
Oh nice! I made a Jabberwocky visual novel at one point. :) : https://outgrabe.itch.io/jabberwocky
You've got me thinking about rock, paper, scissors-styled simple battle systems like what you've presented here. Very interesting!

Thank you so much! This is my first time with the engine and I'm interested to see what else I can do with it. ^^
Simple but sweet. I really like the last three slides.
Thank you! Yes I spent most effort there.
